Although initially the product worked amazingly. However, when temperature started to rise the AC stoped cooling we got it serviced. Bt that didnt helped. Then my Father contacted the dealer they told us they'll register a complaint to company for checkup. Bt no one turned up. Then my father called companies customer care they assured us of 24hrs service.
My father called dealer scolded them as whats the use of buying such a expensive product when it wont work. The dealer next day said companies cust care said ask them to get cheaper one then. This was shocking. My father called the cust.care n asked them. They said which is the dealer, when told the name the person replied "unse to hum nipat leinge" and assured to send the executive in 24hrs and its been 5 days since then no one turned or called.
Making good product is useless if u provide such kind of after sales service.
Worst Customer care ever.
Shamefull.
