I purchased a 2-Ton Mitsubishi Split Air Conditioner in May 2015.
Soon after installation, I started getting low-intensity, irregular ticking sounds from the A/c .
5-6 complaints to the Toll-free Customer Care number triggered the visits of Service Engineers, but each time, they were unable to locate the origin of the problem.
Complaints to the Regional Mitsubishi Service Manager, Mr Somnath Chatterjee, have yielded many assurances but no results. Meanwhile the unit continues to disturb my sleep every night. Where is a hapless customer who has spent more than half a Crore on a single machine supposed to go?I would have been better off buying any other brand at 2/3 the price who gives far better Service.
