I had a bad experience with the Mitsubishi Service Team. I installed 3 Mr slim, and 1of it is not cold enough and sometimes the outdoor unit noisy when operating. I told the worker the problems, and he just simply check and said the air-con is no problem at all, and is working normally, nothing he can do for the not cold enough problems and the noise.
Then he went off, very bad attitude and not respible Service Team I ever met. I will not choose any electronic goods from Mitsubishi.
