I purchased 02 SRK19 from Krishna marketing Ahmedabad. During the 1st 11 month no service is done by agency, after my complain they told me to call service department I call to them and register for service 15 days no one come for service.
After my follow up they told me we are coming to day 12 o'clock but till 4 pm no one coming next day they give me 2 pm time but till 5 pm no one coming I would like to inform you Mitsubishi AC is good but purchase only main Agency like Samtel in Ahmedabad I purchased 02 AC from main agency I never remind for service as per the schedule they come
