This is the most crappy place to work at! It is worse that a cliched 'LALA' company. You are hired for a role of which even the management is not sure of, then shifted to various other things, and you have a job security as long as you're quietly taking s# from whoever is giving it to you- just accept it like PRASAD- and you job is fine.
No matter what you do, how much ever excellence you show in your work, you will be ONLY judged on the basis of the "report/opinion" the INFLUENTIAL have/give about you. It is okay if they do not work and you're doing their work, you still will be at the bantered end or if their secrets start coming out in open due to your diligence at work, you'll simply be chucked out!
The team itself has no clue of the products' market value and placement, they live in their own lil fancy dreamland and keep fooling whoever they feel like, and when their bluff is called, they make you face the brunt! PLEASE GO AHEAD AND WORK FOR THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CAREER AND MARKET VALUE. This is the best place to work for, if you're one of those people who can, lick some a##, manipulate and have a constant job. :)
PS: I wish there were special rating for negative comments. Oh, and it is absolutely true that they write their own GOOD reviews. They have a team set for doing this, who by the way does brilliant work, in fact the marketing team I think is SOLELY responsible for their brilliant work and running this company so far!
