Microtek inverter and battery must use or not. Review on Microtek Inverter

Friends Microtek Inverter is a big brand in market now a days. But One thing I learn from use of microtek that if you will use local battery with your microtek inverter then back will be poor automatically . Actually friends I purchase Microtek Inverter for my office and with it I purchase local batteries of any local company So after some time means after six months I suffered related to backup . My Batteries backup was losing day by day. but one thing that customer service support was poor of microtek. One point that three days later ofd complaint the service man came. And any part of inverter was damaged so that part was not find near about in my city and he said to me that it will came from delhi with in 4 to 5 days you have to wait for it. But till now my complaint did not resolve. Then I called a local mechanic and they did some arrangements of local part and then I resolve my problem.But friends microtek batteries back is so good so always use branded batteries with your inverter not local.And today I am using microtek battery and no problem facing. ok.
