Micromax is very well known brand and they even promise to provide better services but I totally disagree with their promises and my experience with Micromax is very disgusting.
I decided to purchase Micromax Funbook mini P410i tablet and I visited Micromax authorised dealer and the place was very crowded. There is not even space for me and my friend to sit. I tried to search a chair but there is nothing to sit. Most horrible is that their air conditioner is not working and it's too hot inside in the days of summer. Finally I managed to get my product and I am very excited after getting it. But it's my bad luck that I choosen that product. After 1 year the product's security was very low and cheapest that any virus can attack on my tablet through any fake sites even as I have antivirus.
The tablet has many problems. It's battery issue, it's hanging problem, tablet gets switched off automatically etc etc.
I tried visited their customer care centre and it's most horrible and unknowledgeable service centre I have ever seen. No any staff member is knowing about the products of Micromax. They even don't know the stocks of their product and after servicing of my tablet they broken my screen and refusing to accept. Not only that they even charged me for their fault and I have to pay the price of touch and then they replaced it ( the bill screenshot for touch is uploaded in review) .
I am very disappointed by the services and staffs behaviour of Micromax. Their more than many products are defective and of cheap quality.
