Hello m2m readers,
Here is the first time review of Micromax X450
Its yet again that micromax has challenged the big names of mobile industry with its new innovative design
Van Gogh.
Micromax has launched their new model X450 also named van gogh. The model derives its name Van Gogh from the famous painter Van Gogh whose renowned painting the sunflowers were painted in two main colors of just black and yellow. He was a famous Dutch painter who had a far-reaching influence on 20th century art.
The Mobile features are as follows:-
Its a bar style phone coming in a Dual GSM Band(900/1800 MHz), along with dual standby.
The dimensions are 16.7mm x 52mm x 20.3mm. It has got QVGA/TFT screen resolution. The 2.4 inch screen is not really very high resolution but good enough for a product in this price bracket.
Now the most important or the Extraordinary feature it has is the integrated bluetooth handsfree kit, which not just sits at the back of the phone, it also charges using the phones battery. So there is no need for a separate charger for the headset. You do require pairing the phone and the headset at least once and good that can be done with any other phone. The battery backup of the kit is decent with 4-5 hours of talk time.
It has got everything to keep you entertained & that too in$tyle. from music and video player to a built-in FM radio with recording option. Also got 2MP camera along with other updated features like Bluetooth(A2DP 2.2v), GPRS/WAP/MMS. Apart from the front keypad, the phone is devoid of any other physical keys - there is neither volume rocker nor a camera button.
Now moving on to the e-option. the phone has pre-installed Opera 4 Mini Browser
The other interesting features like eBuddy app comes installed by default using which one can chat on Twitter, Yahoo Messenger, Facebook and Gtalk.
The phone also has customizable go to option, which directly takes you to frequently used functions in the menu. It has got a 8gb micro sd expandable memory and not to forget its 3.5mm universal jack to ensure that you and music are always in touch. Along with the phone you also get a Swappable back panel.
Well until now loved to get almost all the updated features!, But except 3G, which comes out to be a big push back for the phone.
At last like to say that I am sure people like me( lover's of new innovations) will surely move ahead for it.
I would give it 4 out of five stars to it for this new concept — placing the Bluetooth into a cradle at the back and making it available a a price range of around Rs.3250/- only.
