I bought a Micromax A89 on 9th may 2013. Because of a charging problem, I went to the Micromax service center [AYUSHI ELECTRONICS] on 20th June.
Ayushi Electronics is located at Yeshwant Plaza, Landmark Railway Station, Indore M.P
My Job Sheet number is R1306FMP4218584.
They took my mobile for repairing and told that I can have it back in the next 2 hours. But when I went there, they asked for more time; one day. After one day, they told there was a power failure. I gave them one more day, then I went there, the service centre was closed.
Next time, when I went there, they asked for 8 days time, so I asked for a written commitment that they will repair my phone in the next 8 days.
They started behaving rudely with me and told me to take my phone back un-repaired. When I showed anger regarding their behavior, then only they kept my phone. Till now, I haven't received any further call from them. If you guys don't have the skill to handle this much customer, why do you manufacture so many product. I am a blogger, and I am going to write bad reviews about all 5 of your products, which I use, and if needed I am going to take legal actions about this service center and your company.
Today after 8 day I again went to micromax service center they told me for 5 days more. Now I am thinking of going to the consumer forum and also file a complaint against micromax to tell people not to buy micromax because you people are making tons of phone without services.
