I had purchased Micromax GC400 Mobile Handset on 20.04.2012 as it was in guarantee therefore I gave it to a repairing center for service support on 22.12.2012 at mumbai Dream Mall in Bandup. There, after inspection I got to know that there was some motherboard problem, but when I visited service centre after 3 months, it was not repaired and I was informed that they have not received part and hopefully it will be repaired it will take more three month so I got surprised.
Now, I have been making continuous calls at Micromax helpline no. (011-44770044), Head office, Customer Relations, but no actions are been taken and the services are delayed. Every time I make calls and it is again delayed by 1 week stating that it is not yet repaired. It has been more than 5 months my device is with the service center and still not repaired, that made me lose my patience now.i have also given them option to micromax service center if my handset is not repaired please refund my money or otherwise give me another handset ranging with same amount or more but still no action is taken.
