The phone is well maintained, in a leather pouch inside a travelling bag and never mishandled. The phone suddenly refused to switch on and when I wen tot he service center they informed that they changed the switch but came back with two new problem SIM slot1 stopped working and GPS did not work. They re-installed the software and fixed the slot, the switch became super sensitive the mobile became desk phone if you lift it from the desk it would restart! tired of things went to the service center again after argument they said they would send it to the factory and it would take 25 days time!
If you are giving up your any other branded phone for micromax. think twice. I have used Benq, Nokia, Samsung, I- phone, HTC, Reliance and Gionee. Micromax is by far the WORST product and real bad customer care
