I worked in a call center where we handled inbound calls for metro. They teach you nothing and only want you to handle angry callers. The other reps are rude and treat the customers poorly then
when they call in they have no paitents for the CSR.
The service sucks, voice mail never works and they will never admit it was their fault. You get what you pay for, except in this case. You get less than what you pay and you only paid $35 to begin with.
Stear clear of metro if you can. I feel bad that I ever worked for Metro pcs. The service sucks from the get go to the end. Dont get me wrong every once in a while you will fall on someone who will go out of their way to make it better or right but the csr can only do so much, and if its not in their power they wont be able to get a supervisor to go above and beyond.
The time that we had to handle a call is 3 minutes and if we did not hold an average of 3 minutes per call we got into trouble and could even be fired. That tells you what they think of their customer service abilities.
