I paid ahead, $100 for 4 months of mini plan ($25 a month), and their billing dept. absolutely messed it up, causing me hours and hours of trying to get the credit I had coming. An absolute nightmare!
For three months they kept turning off my phone even though I had a credit on my account, and every time it took literally hours with supervisors and others to get it turned back on.
Noone knows a thing about what the other supervisor is doing, they give out case numbers that are absolutely worthless. Because of this (THEIR) mess, I switched back to the regular $35 plan, they assured me there would be no reactivation fee since I kept the same number. then they charged me $25 to reactivate the phone, again turning off the phone twice in the process.
Choose this company only if you are prepared for a billing nightmare and having your phone turned off constantly, even if it is THEIR error. Expect no resolution and expect to lose money in the process.
I never received as much as an apology, much less any compensation for the many hours I spent trying to resolve THEIR MESS AND CONFUSION. Needless to say Im taking my business elsewhere!!!
Oh, by the way, the reception was only marginal.
