I am the owner of a kyocera-rave cell phone. Obviously my provider is Metro. I think that the service it ok, My phone has only dropped ONE call and that was because i was in an elevator. (excuse the spelling
please) The only thing I dont like about my cell phone is my battery power. I am a teenager and I use my cell as my home phone, cause my parents always yell at me for being on my home phone. I love my phone, my sister and I are on the same plan, different phones though.
So we get our pill together, our monthly bill together is ALWAYS $103.12. We each pay half. They only think I didnt like about the people at metro was that, some acted like they didnt know ANYTHING. We chooes Metro as our second provider, for many reasons;
1) My old phone bill used to be over $200 alone.
2) My older/First phone dropped calls like it was short circiting.
3)The screen to my older phone began to fade, and you couldnt tell what it said or anything.
4) The caller id never worked. With or without the area code entered. And many more. I will be getting a newer phone, I want a flippy phone. :P
