My daughter and I went into the local Metro office and paid on our accounts on a Saturday morning. We placed the checks in the box as the person at the counter told us to do; we were told the payments
would be posted that night. On Sunday my daughters phone was turned off; the Metro office is not open on Sunday. My daughter goes to school and works and I work. On Monday I tried numerous times (about 20) to call the Metro office where we had paid, all I ever got was a recording and no way to leave a message. I tried calling a central number for Metro, the only way you can get to a human is to act like you are getting a phone connected, after about 15 minutes I did get a human who told me I could only write to the company for service, complaints and someone would call me. Finally I did get through to the Metro office where we paid and after another 10 minutes of him looking for the checks he informed me that they had not posted Saturdays checks yet, sorry, my daughters phone would be turned back on...click, dial tone. I spent 90 minutes to get my daughters phone back on when it wasnt our fault it was turned off, but their recording says they value our call!
