I was pimped real hard
I paid $109 two months in-advanced to PCS METRO for basic phone services
the next day, the phone stopped working
I waited, checked the phone, charged the battery, however, 5 days later, the phone still did not work, first i checked their web site, but it is designs to just snatch your payment, so i called their contact customer representative, i spoke to 4 customer services, all polite but no to everything, and always stateing i need to transfer you over to somebody that can help, which resulted in being quietly disconnected, when i finally spoke to the manager, his excuse was, its too late and they are not responsible for the phone, again hung up on, my plead for a full refund flately denied, no phone, no service, and out of one hundred dollars,
I, then, contacted the bank, requested credit for disputes in such natures, which is easy for banks, but they refused, and i refused them, when TCF asked me to lie about an authorized charge, i asked the bank if they where refusing me the same service as everyone else, they put me hold, and I waited so long, they might as well hung up too, and i dont need to lie about no theif, i deal with companies because i expect honesty, anybody, can get played on the streets, you would think large corporations could be more tactiful in addressing real concerns and give fair refunds, by the way,i reported the damaged phone, but the generated online requested a call customer service
