My boyfriend and i purchased a nokia phone each about 3 to 4 months ago. My boyfriend decided that he wanted to change the face on his phone,  he went to metro pcs and purchased a covering for $10.00 the covering was put on the phone.  The telephone have not been the same since it was changed, due to the change the phone no longer hold a charge long, and the bluetooth does not work right with the phone. We were not made aware that if we change the cover of the phone that damage would be did to the phone  originality causing us not to be able to get another phone even though we are paying insurance. You should let the consumer beware that if they decide to change the covering ot the phone that the phone is no good anymore. As of next month you will be losing my boyfriend and i as customers and i am advising anyone if you are considering this company think twice.
