Initially it was ok. THEN I added a phone.....major mistake!
I dont know where they get their service people, but I was always
told that the buck stops with top management. Well
it was the
phone service from HELL. I HATE the phone_bot that you HAVE
to go thru to get to a real person, at level 2, which put you thru
all the AGGRAVATION and then end up with a MANAGER, named
JOEL in Tiajuana, Mexico (Seriously) who could give a rats _ss about
your problems! Errors created by them just for your inconvenience!!!
You end up with NO SERVICE and they even autopay extra payments
from your credit card account and it is like pulling hens teeth to get
the MISapplication of your funds from the wrong account!!! Their error,
not mine.
But, thank you to the power that be, there is help with an investment of
1 week and 7 hours of persistence on the phone, I FINALLY got a citizen
of the good ole USA (manager....named Andrea) to get this MESS straightened
out. Kudos to Andrea!!! God Bless America. And as for farming out the
customer service.....think again American businesses!!!
