I bought TWO kyocera strobe phones for the sole reason of using the mail@metro service. I tried to download it, and got a "customer not found" error message. So I called the customer service.
That didnt work. Ive now called them 12 TIMES!!! Ive been hung up on 5 times. I spent two hours waiting at the corporate store to no avail. No one had any clue on how to fix my problem. I was never forwarded to any manager, or supervisor, as I requested. The level of competence of the employees is comperable to jack in the box. This is unfortunate given the technical requirements of the job. I do apologize for slamming jack in the box like that. They actually do pretty darn well. I wish metro pcs had employees that good.
Now I am stuck with the 2 phones because Im over the limit to return the phones. Ironically, the only calls I made were to customer service.
The coverage is adequate. The price is right, but for the UN-quality of customer service, Id rather pay 2-3 times more per month.
I highly recommend everybody who isnt metro pcs.
