I was interested in Metro PCS, because of the affordable rates. When I got the phone and recieved the plan I was thrilled. This has been by far the greatest cell phone I have ever had. No more pop up bills with $679.00 amounts for me. And yes while the phone has a few draw backs like access to the internet, and no paper bills, it has worked wonders for me and my husbands business. A at home business can be costly. And Metro PCS, made it so much easier, unlimited calling to my customers, and to family, makes it worth it to me to deal with the the bill issues and the interent problem. Now on service, I have had no problems with dropped calls. The only time I have lost a call on my Metro Phone is while I was in a elevator. With Cingular and Sprint I was dropping calls left and right!!!  As long as Metro PCS is around I will be a faithful customer. I would suggest to anyone lookin for a phone who does not want to pay a abundance in overage fees, or off the wall charges to look into Metro PCS. It is a life saver on your wallet, and you will have fewer headaches, not having to deal with a customer service rep each month to find out why the bills so high!! Metro’s bill wont have pop surprises!!!!  It is a all around good deal!!!
