never is it so true the term "you get what you pay for" cheap but ZERO customer service ( try getting to a human when calling theire system) it says tranfering then tells you the number has been disconnected
!!! the physical stores have the same problems getting though . bills have been inaccurate and way out. my $40 unlimited plan cost $120 last month and they cant explain why. LOADS of hidden charges. like paying your bill in cash at a store.. $5 fee !!!!! pay by check $10 fee !!!!! text messaging only reliably works with other metro pcs people NOT other carriers. and dont even be 1 day late on paying the bill. you wil be cut off with high reconnection fees. I had 2 phones on my account and for soem reason , dispite repeated trips to the store and multiple promises they cant seem to combine them onto 1 bil. now remember combining them saves me money as i dont have the double "payment" fees so this is probally why it never gets done. so to sum up. good phones, NO customer support , inaccurate billing, loads of hidden charges make this not really cost effective.
