I love knowing what my bill is every month!  I don’t have to watch my minutes!  I plan to get me a pre-paid to have in the bottom of purse..for emergency calls that i have to make if i’m out of the area, or not getting a signal!  I have been selling cellular phones for the past 3 years and they all have dropped calls!  They all have good and bad customer service reps...just all in who you get and how they feel that day!  All of the complaints i’ve seen on this site...all carriers have! 

I never go into the store...but like another post said...you wait in line at the post office ect.!  I know when my bill is do and how much whether i get a bill/text or not!  I pay online and it’s done!  When i forget to pay (as I have done before) I can go online and pay and it’s back on in minutes!

All I have to say is "set your expectations accordingly and you’ll never be dissappointed"!  I know you want what you pay for...but it just doesn’t always happen without any kinks!
