Dont believe the no contract thing. If you dont pay on your "due" date, your service is cancelled, you must pay for an entire month to reinstate but you do not get an entire month of
service. Your service will be cancelled again when the "due" date comes around even if it is two weeks later. You end up paying for service time that you dont actually get.
There is NO customer service AT ALL. You are charged for making a payment!
After paying full price for a phone, and paying for "insurance" you would expect to have better replacement coverage. Even after paying the charge for "insurance" you will end up paying a minimum of $86 to replace your phone.
The only good thing about this service so far is that it gives my teen all the services that she wants at one price. There are no surprises on the monthly billings when it comes to text messaging and minutes used. If you only need local service Metro PCS is a fairly good choice. Just dont expect any kind of customer service. You are totally on your on.
