Do any of you even bother visiting a Metro PCS corporate store to have them fix your issues? A phone can’t be fixed if you don’t bother getting it checked out.

issues, doesn’t matter. Visit a store. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful with any situation that may occur. Most of the time it’s a very simple fix. And in the end, most problems can be fixed with a simple phone exchange. Take the time to make sure that it’s not just consumer error that is causing the issues as well. Also, most problems can be taken care of with a quick read of the MANUAL that comes with every new phone purchase.
The coverage is expanding all the time, with Los Angeles/Las Vegas and the NYC corridor being covered in the next year. Watch for the MetroPCS Boom!
