I have had metrop pcs for a week and that has been the worse week of my life. i hate them. i am paying for text message and they dont work. i cant get them or send them.  Then i call in and they tell me that have to do a trouble ticket to the tech but in my opinion they only have one tech working for the whole company. I spoke to a supervisor who was as unhelpful as his team. Then they want to tell me that the reason i dont get tech message is because other providers dont update their systems as often as they should so its not their fault. so i tell him the people that send me text messages are all on metro pcs system so what your telling me that they suck. I think that went over his head. I told him you guys should be called metro POS because that is what you are.
This is after i had called in 5 times and got hung up on. They have the worse customer service ever. I HATE THEM. They suck big nuts. I will never recommend them to any one else they suck.  i  bought this for business purposes and i regret every mintue of it. And they have horrible signal. I hate them. Did i say that enough
