Metro doesn’t have customer service. They are cheap but don’t expect
help or any support. If you can afford anything else, don’t use Metro
PCS. Yesterday I tried to make a payment and their system was down so
the only way to make a payment was to go to a store. This morning it
was back up and I made my payment but they stopped my service about 20
minutes later only to have it resume about 15 minutes later. They suck
basically. I would never recommend them unless you just can’t afford
anything else. SO don’t buy into the hype because once you buy be
prepaired to be left on your own. Oh by the way, if you pay by phone,
there is a fee. If you pay at the store, there is a fee. They find a
way to gouge you out of extra money at every step.
