Its all good here until you have a problem and want to talk to someone.  The website says a rep will answer 24 hours a day to happily help, this is B/S because noone will ever answer.  If you try to push 0 for an operator you will be told my a recording "I cannot transfer you to an operator at this time"  The people in the stores are useless and cant do anything but take payments and sell phones, and will tell you to call the same # and that is the only way.  The little $5-$10 per month I saved have cost me years off my life with the aggrivation.  TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Well I guess this is not enough so I have to say more horrible things which wont be hard to do.  The service is the main issue along with receiving your text messages an hour or two later.
