Hello Ikon users, metroford has gone beyond expetations in giving prompt service, i am doing regular services at metro ford & i never had any bitter experience, service executives are very professional & very curtesious,  they reminded me for my service & i requested for pick up of my vehicle at morning 6.30 am since i have to move out of station, i thought they may send driver by at 7.am  but to my suprise the driver reached my residence at 6.15 am & i got a call from service executive at 7.30 am  asking for any issues need attention in my car, i never experienced this kind of service when i was owning palio, i had to reach late night & i requested them that i will be taking delivery at 9.30pm in the night, i found the service executive was just waiting to deliver my car, i am very pleased & appreciate the prompt service given by them.
