No body does the same mistake twice, but I did. Buying Metro brand sandals twice was the foolish thing I did. I bought 1 pair of sandals in Hyderabad at their panjagutta outlet and the seller gave me 6 months guarantee. Within 2 weeks the buckles came off and the sole got separated from the upper material. I went to the store and showed them the bill and the sandals.
They denied replacement arguing that it will never happen with their footwear and this is not covered under guarantee. Even after this I haven't learnt a lesson and I happened to buy another pair at Chennai Express Avenue Mall Metro outlet. This time the result was much quicker it took only 10 days for the sandals to wear out. This time I did go to the retailer with the same problem and the same answer came out " This is not covered under guarantee" .
Dear sellers stop making us fools and be genuine. Don't ever buy from these falthu shop.
