Guys think before you end up in Metro Cash n Carry, you may end up buying defective product or expired product causing you and your family a big blow. Half the product at metro are sub standard and there customer serive is hazardous.
Even to return a chocolate product made of gulf with full of white ants they need a bill. Pitty on them to demand a bill. Never seen any organization selling defective products and demanding a bill.
Even the customer service is haphazard and when you want to contact the management none are available all the time. Below is the mail correspondence from the metro.

I tried reaching Martin Dlouhy, MD (Ph : +91 80 2219 2013, martin.dlouhy@metro.co.in ) but he is least bother about the customers.
