They have the Worst entry system. The card holder was traveling, so I went to purchase and guess what - First they told me only the card holder is allowed and since he was not with me, I cannot enter the store. Next, I was told to ask the card holder to send an email.
How do they expect someone to send an email, while traveling on a holiday.This is a SME, you cannot expect people to be carrying laptops and tabs all the time.
I came back sick and disgusted with their system and don't ever want to visit any of their stores again.
We get better wholesale products at other places without this hassle.
Previously I had purchased some ARO goods (Metro's own brand). They were of highly inferior quality and since it was packaged and also we were under the impression that Metro would always sell quality products, we did not check.
Later we sent photos of the products and their customer service asked us to come back and get a replacement. How many times do you expect somebody to travel 40 kms just to exchange!
In one sentence- ITS NOT WORTH...
