Just let you know how much me and my dad(66 Year old) suffer because of Meru Cab.The Brand.I booked a cab for evening my dad's train scheduled was 7:30 from Majestic, So I booked a cab at 6 PM. Just before 20 Mins they sent a message given below
After that a story start of a person who's father wanted to catch a train and the guy continuously begging(Politely) to the customer care guys, They simply said there is no cab in your area sir what I can do(:D:D.LOL.Now I am laughing on that conversation) and then they transferred the call to Driver helpline. Now still I don't understand what that guy was trying to communicate in some Local, English, Kannad, Hindi, Malyalam, Tamil language.
So guys conclusion is look like Meru is getting so many customers that's why they are not giving s* to their customer, If you or your relatives don't want to bear that kind of pain then seriously suggested you to go with a local Cab drivers.
