We placed an advanced reservation for Genie cab service and received the driver details on time, but guess what, when we called the driver at the intended pickup time, he told us that he is on the other side of the city and that there is no way he could show up at our place in the next 1hr.
Obviously Meru made a huge blunder in scheduling a wrong cab, but when we called their customer service, they seemed to not care. Fortunately, we had enough time to book another local cab to reach the station in time.
