I have used this service before, apply it online, paid online, takes quite long about 72+72 hrs to get the email domain and service up and working.

But now it has deteriorated to a great extent.
I have registered for a new account on 15th april, 2006 and now it is 2nd may and I have not been able to use the service at all.
Trying to log in takes me to a page indicating the page cannot be loaded.
And to think I was informed that my account has been activated and can be used.

On pinging the email domain address registered, I got no response so basically it was messed up by the tech staff there, I think my kid brother will be more adept at handling these stuffs than their staffs. This is very irritating.
What make it even worse is the fact that repeated communication to them felt on deaf ears. It is like communicating with a wall, there is no response at all.

For those who want to use a paid email service. Please look elsewhere. There may be others who havent faced the same kind of sign up problems but hey their customer service is crap. Since the money is already tendered, so they don’t give a damn.
