On 19th December I met with an accident and knee was injured, I though of visiting this Hospital since it was close by, it was on first cum first treatment basis, I consulted Dr chowdary in orthopaedic. He dint do any examination to find out what is the actual problem, we took x-ray and he confirmed it is not fracture and then provided a short knee cap which was causing pain and he advices me it's ok to walk without any support and provided some medicine did 5 days. But I continued to suffer badly. After 3 long wèeks he told me to MRI at the indiranagar centre where they have business tieup with. After MRI Dr chowdary said surgery is not mandatory to avoid use the acl knee brace for 1 and half month. That to he made us google in Amazon and asked us to buy which will take 2weeks to deliver.
I was totally unhappy the way my case was handled so decided to take second opinion from sakra senior Drs. The Dr at Sakra did a thorough exam and Said that it's a bone bruise on left tibia, which is almost like a prefracture. Good news is that surgical intervention won't be needed. But it looks like the doc that I went to previously didn't give me proper brace and advice so recuperating will take longer. This doc in Sakra advised 3 weeks complete rest and provided me with full long knee cap and stick to walk. Please don't go to medihope they don't have experienced Drs.
