I am very much happy with the treatment and services in medihope hospital. my 2.7yrs baby boy had a high fever and stomach upset due to some food poisoning so I had to take him for the nearest clinic as I felt the treatment was not adequate I had to rush to the nearer Big hospital,
I came to medihope hospitals and I was bit nervous as my baby was shivering, doctors and nurses helped a lot in the emergency n were too caring, Doctor suggested me to admit the baby for one day and by the time Dr Rajesh(Pediatric doc) came n saw the baby with no care attitude and was rude and rash to me as well coz of his personal tension, and I was pissed off with his words n attitude of his. I gave a written complaint to the management regarding the pathetic behavior of Mr Rajesh(so called Doctor) and I am thankful the Medihope Management for quick response and action against him as he was removed, Mr Rajesh was really a black spot who spoil his name and hospital as well as I rejected him to treat my son later other Doctor Treated him well and the very next day Dr Swetha Agrawal(Pediatric Doc) was so caring and treated well, gave a perfect guidance to me and she was the best. my baby was completely cure. thanks to Dr Swetha and medihope. I feel this is best hospital nearby. I would have not turned up to this hospitals seeing the reviews giving another chance and I saw the other hospital's and reviews but I see vulnerabilities in those hospital too. as I dwell in Thippasandra I feel this is best.
