My mother was suggested open heart arotic valve replacement surgery.our bad luck we took her to medanta . During consultation we were made so scared that we agreed for immediate surgery . When we got her admitted the package was told 4.26 lak and we were asked to clear full bill before surgery as soon we cleared the package amount they operated my mother.
The surgery was done by the so called king surgeon N.Trehan . He claimed the surgeory was a success but till 3 days she was not shifted from icu 2 and an artificial pace maker was attached to her . When we enquired that if everything is ok why are they not shifting her to icu1 they got scared by our questions and shifted her to icu1 on the 4th day after surgery . The scene in icu1 was pathetic there was only 1 nurse for so many patients . The doctors claimed they will shift her to room the next day but to our 5th day after surgery they called us and told that she had a cardiac arrest and we should inform our relatives. They also claimed that due to cardiac arrest there is a clot in her brain and 50% of the brain is dead and was put on ventellator, pace maker and balloon support. She struggled for her life and 11th day she had 2 more strokes and early morning before opd starts they declared her dead.
My only question to this butcher shop is my mom was only 59 with no chalestrol problem no diabeties no bp problem no blockage then how come she had heart attack after successful surgery . And if her heart was that weak then why the hell did you operate.
Mr Trehan pls b true to your profession we know you have started up a business and need payback but not on cost of someones life SHAME on you and Your family who supports you in this.
I m posting this because what we lost will never come back to us but others please save your loved ones
Medanta is not a hospital but it is a business house . They have contacts with dr's in other cities who refer patients to medanta and get a handsome commission of the total bill. And the management here will call u now and then to clear the bills on daily basis
These people changed all her reports at the time of disharging the body . My mom passed away in icu2 and we immediately took her body home and they claim that my mom was in morchary
