I don’t use much of make-up. I just thought I would try out a lipstick from Maybelline as the brand seemed to be good. When trying on my hand, I liked the Pure Plum shade and bought it. But when I used it, I found that the colour was quite different. It did not stay for long, and while reapplying, I found that it had stained my lips badly, that too in a totally different pink colour, so that the shade was again different after reapplication. Moreover, the product dries your lips quite badly, and with all the effort to remove the stain, I was left with cracked and sore lips. So much for the MNC brands. Our old Lakme is better any day.
