When today one of my friend asked me did I try the new Google Chrome browser.. I said no but the thought came to my mind why should I change my browser....
I have used some other browsers like Internet Explorer (everybody starts with it), Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, opera and some other too but the day I have started using this MAXTHON BROWSER ... I have become addicted to its uses and functionality...

hey don’t expect too much of techical words from me because I m talking here as a normal user, what makes me comfortable to use my Internet connection.

In a simlpe language Maxthon is a internet Explorer based Web Browser for windows. u can use it inplace of ur Internet Explorer or other web browser.
A plus and minus for Maxthon is its rendering engine, which is actually Internet Explorer. Maxthon is built on top of the IE engine, the added value to the browser through features like tabbed and parallel browsing.
The Interface of Maxthon is userfriendly, there are many Add-ons and  plugins are availabe for Maxthon too there are so many features this brwoser is having some of my favourates are ...

1. Tabbed Interface
That means you can use as many tabs as u want in a single browser window. The tabs will appear on the top or bottom line so that u can switch to anyone anytime... that is also customised.
u can add or remove any tab with the click of ur mouse. if u accidently closed any tab u can undo that too.

2. The most beautiful feature I like about Maxthon is you can anytime minimize the brower window and it can sit in ur system tray without using your Taskbar ( In simple words no traces on ur desktop because the icon will appear only in the system tray) you can click it again and browser will open again.

3. All internet explorer setting can be remain the same.

4. everytime u start new Maxthon, the start page will give you a list of your recent favourates u can just click and go to ur favourate page

5. the ability to bookmark & open multiple pages simultaneously
Maxthon is a free to download one just go to http://www.maxthon.com/ and u can download that easily.

There are two types of Maxthon Browsers available as per the date

1. Maxthon Classic verson right now classic version 1.6.4.20 is the latest. september 2,2008
2. Maxthon 2 verson right now version 2.1.4.443 is the lastest one.

I m using classic version because I feel it Uses less system resources, more stable, and have better compatibility. the other one is much improved with some extra features, but u can start with the classic one.
