I find Max Hospital much better when compared to other corporatized hospitals. While the administration and the care may not be the best, it has amazing doctors, who always give the right set of advice.
One of the doctors worth mentioning here is Dr Suman Lal who has been my gynaecologist for more than 8 years now.
Her affectionate and empathetic way of dealing with patients sets her apart. Her "patient first" approach, and affectionate treatment make life very simple and easy for patients going through challenging times. She doesn't just use hard core facts to treat patients, but understands each patient's problems and solves them on case to case basis.
I owe a lot to her - I had a complicated gynaecological history, and many gynaecologists I had consulted earlier scared the hell out of me. She was the only one who always wore a smile and said all is well. It's under her due care that I became a mother of two adorable daughters! I strongly recommend her as one of the best gynaecologists, and above all, a great human being!
