I was in Chicago for work and was using a matrix sim card. Scme to connect with them for this problem. I was called in like 15 mins and I was informed that the data issue would take about 1-2 hours to get sorted, which it did. What really impressed me was the way they handled my complaint and addressed it on an immediate basis leaving me with an answer, unlike what any other service provider would have done. I really appreciate Matrix guys for this. Thank you
