I feel this review is:
I had purchased Matrix Sim for Malaysia the sim did not work I informed the sales person at the international airport about the sim not working and he told me to send a mail to support@matrix.in once I return back and will get a refund of the amount and he told me to buy another matrix number from him at the international airport hence I bought it the new number which I bought from him the sim worked but now after sending them the mail they are denying me the refund don't waste your money in buying Matrix Sim they take money from you and give you a sim that does not work and are least bothered once their sale is done
