Matheran is located in Maharashtra sate. this is a smallest hill station of India. its build by british as summer retreat in mid 19th century. and the railway of Matheran hill was built in 1907. this is a beautiful hill station in Maharastra. if anybody wanna go there for visit so I wanna tell that you can visit summer, monsoon and winter weather. there are many people visit from Mumbai and Pune. there are many view point as Monkey Point, Alexander Point, Echo point, Sunset point, Neral-459 Toy Train, Morbe Dam, Rambagh Point One Tree Hill Point, Panorama Point, Charlotte Lake, Louisa Point. etc. Louisa is the best sightseeing attraction of Matheran which attract you. there are you ll many comfortable hotels & resort as the Verandah in the forest, Hoursland hotel & Mountain spa, Rangoli retreat, Adamo- the resort.
