April quit.and feeling the cold breez of Nov. yes, that is the manner Matheran is, hill station with tremendous rain woodland. Such dense& evergreen forest takes you completely faraway from the site visitors, pollution and aggravating life of metros.
pleasant as a weekend escape, but beware once you are there.you want weekend to strech over an entire week. The nice part of my live at Matheran was my lodge.I must say one's go to to Mathran is incompelte with out staying at Byke, the hotel& Retreat. beautiful construction.reminds one in all vintage british colonial days, if you live at Byke don't forget to go to'Bunglow' bulit by way of britishers nearly 70-80 yrs. vintage simply to have a feel of the luxurious with which they lived. Colonial british comfort with all current facilities.is what you look forward to.
Byke has so many points of interest.besides this buglow you may see'Sita Ashoka' the uncommon Ashoka tree offering dense coloration. Any excursion is incomplete without metioning meals and that I bet the finger luscious food at Byke, which you could no longer discover at Mumbai, Pune.
