Matheran is one of the beautiful hill station in Maharashtra.This hill station is totally eco-friendly place, which means there is not a such thing which will lead pollution in this hill station. Not a single vehicle you will see in this city, nor plastic bags, etc.
As I said "Lazy people please stay away", because in this trip if you want to enjoy, then you have to walk alot. And for some lazy people there are many horse which will take you for a ride. There are many and many hotels, so if you want to save some money then please visit many hotels before you book and please do bargining .
Matheran is agood place must visit once in lifetime.
There many means of transport like rail route and by road.
