I bought WagonR Duo Lxi in Sept 2006.
I have clocked 14000 km. No problem experienced in one year except once. Once I experienced missing problem in running on LPG, for that I had to visit the workshop thrice.
Maruti could have provided better solution of spare wheel/Luggage. 

Currently I’m getting average of 10 kmpl LPG/ 12 KMpl Petrol,  with 4-5 peoples, 80-90 % AC on, commuting between Noida & Gurgaon. Now LPG availabilty is better in Delhi
 
I recommend buy for only those people who can find an LPG station nearby and drives atleast 1500 km/ month. If you drive more than 2000 km/mnth than One should go for Swift Diesel, which costs about 70000 more but a much better car than this.

Wagon R petrol is about 45,000 cheaper than DUO model (26000 + 20000 discount). So considering interest & depriciation (on 46000) you will breakeven on 1000 km/ month. You also need to compromise with Luggage space.
