I had a bad experience in purchasing a Maruti Alto Xfun. Few month later of the puchase, we came to know that, water getting logged inside the car. This is been informed to Maruti as well as to the dealer, but the service was very bad. They had fixed the problem with keeping sealond in the joints of the body plate and not done a very through check. the problem is occured again and the vechicle is in the workshop and nobody from Maruti and dealer is bothered to respond back with the resolution. when I call Maruti, they asked me to contact the regional office of Maruti where the dealer is located. my concern here whenever we make a sales enquiry, hundres of people from maruti as well as dealer keep on follow-up and try to give better offers. but I feel their post sales support and service is very pathetic. Here I have a humble request to folks who are planning to buy a car, make sure you get a good quality vechicle for the money which you pay for.
