I wrote the below mentioned mail to maruti today and waiting for their response
sir, as u know I bought new vehicle on 22nd march 2010.the vehicle is pulling towards one side when holding steering straight in flat straight road.the castor readings are 3 deg LH and @deg 40 RH..
when I went for test drive with new vehicle it was perfect and the readings were 2deg35 on either side.another new vehicle from your yard was pulling towards one side and the readings were 3deg10 and 2deg45.
it means that the vehicles are coming out of the factory with improper readings.and being a customtakeouter I am the victim.
may u explain why the vehicle pre sale itself pulling towards one side and the readings are not proper.
and my vehicle I have been behind the service center people for correction of reading, for which its a manufacturing defect.
will you explain or shall we deal it legally, since I have proof for everything and its clearcut manufacturing defect.
