I won a Maruthi zen lxi 2004 model car. I gave my vehicle for servicing due to its jerk problem in gem motors at Hydernagar, Hyderabad. They charged nearly Rs.6700/-respectively. Actually I run only 5000 kms instead of 10000 kms for service. But the jerk problem was unbearable, Hence immediately I gave my car for serving at GEM MOTORS AFTER service they gave my car back and told that they will give feed back call if the problem continues, they will rectify the problem. But after service even upto 60 days there is no feed back call from the service centre.
They my self I found the complaint cell phone number and made call to them they could not believe that I did not get feed back call from service centre. Finally they arranged one pick up boy to pick up my car for problem rectification. I gave my car again to the person, after one day they sent back my vehicle . but he it was very shameful that the problem was not rectified and they mentioned in that " UNDER BODY DAMAGE" Hence the problem was coming.. Why they could not observe this problem while doing service. In India this is the fate of All Indians who cares for hardly earned money.
The authorised company staff and service centre was not able to solve problem then what is the purpose of the "MARUTHI COMPANY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE". Actually zen is a such a car that can run without giving more problems, it was unfortunate i felt tired of about the above poor service and planning to go other vehilcle..
