I did lot of research and finally decided to go with Maruti Suzuki Wagon R as it meets my usage needs.
I has an Alto before and that gave me a good 10 years and still driving well.
Spece: The car has been designed to meet the todays traffic conditions on city, however there is lo t of roof space on this car. Driver seat is comfortably placed and all dashboard accessories are accessible.
Back seat lacks the leg space, however since I mostly drive alone that was not a big hurdle for me.
There is good space for luggage on the back side(2 suitcases).
Dealer: Maruti has a large dealer network, I decided to buy from my nearest dealer at sector 63 in Noida and he offered couple of freebies at the discounted price.
I have been visiting the same dealer for service of my old car and quite satisfied with their same day service and quality at reasonable price.
Fuel Consumption: Officially, this car has around 20 KMPL, but in normal city conditions it goes around 14- 15 KMPL with AC turned on.
Comfort: Overall the car is comfortable to drive, you can call it a compact SUV of this segment, the overall drive is smooth even on ordinary roads. The seats can be adjusted as well for the comfort ride.
Reliability: Wagon R has been a good car for many years and it has proven track record, from my past experience of Maruti Alto, I am sure it would run for many years.
Looks: Lookwise the car is ok, it now comes with bodaycolor front and back panels and attractive lights below the main headlamp. there is also a provision to attach a luggage carrier on the roof. Inside the dashboard is just fine and all the controls and features are easily accessible.
